Native Americans have had their lives drastically changed since the times which their land was taken from them.  It was due to their peculiar behaviors and strange traditions in contrast to the beliefs of the Europeans involved in the takeover of American soil.

Can judging an individual based on their eccentric behaviors also be considered as discrimination?  What kind of setting and to what extreme does it take to be classified as eccentric?
